Terms of Service
The agreement between your business and Avirt for using the platform — plainly stated.
Last updated · 12 June 2026
Acceptance
By creating a workspace or using Avirt, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Where a separate signed agreement exists between your organization and Avirt, that agreement controls.
The service
Avirt provides workflow, recordkeeping, AI routing, and audit-support tools that adapt to your industry. The operating loop perceives signals, decides next actions, acts on eligible low-risk steps, observes outcomes, and learns. High-risk actions require a named human. Avirt is a tool you operate — you remain responsible for the decisions made in your workspace.
Accounts & access
- You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity under it.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
- User and industry-mode limits depend on your plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Avirt to break the law, infringe rights, send unlawful messages, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to message your customers and to process their data.
Regulated industries
Fintech and Investment Banking are controlled-access industries. Regulated actions — such as credit decisions, KYC outcomes, or deal-stage approvals — depend on customer-held licenses, licensed partners, or jurisdiction-specific approvals. Avirt does not act as lender of record and does not provide legal, securities, investment, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for your regulatory obligations.
Plans & billing
- Paid plans are billed in local currency (NGN, KES, or GHS) on a monthly or annual cycle.
- Free and trial plans require no card; you are billed only when you choose to continue.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Warranties & liability
Avirt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You may stop using Avirt at any time and export your data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the service ends, but your right to export your data is preserved for a reasonable period.
